We build to customer drawings for automotive, commercial vehicle, truck and trailer, industrial automation, HVAC and appliance applications — including overmolded cable assemblies, waterproof connector systems and grommets & strain relief designed and molded in-house.
How we work: wire is selected for the application scenario (flexing, swinging, environment) and the customer's certification requirements (UL, CUL or VDE as required); copper strand is matched to the terminal and wire OD to the crimp specification. Crimping follows IPC/WHMA-A-620 — Class 2 as standard, Class 3 available on customer request — and crimp cross-section analysis results are shared with the customer. If a terminal and wire are not a sound match, we flag the risk before production rather than build it anyway.
Our management system is certified to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. We can provide a full PPAP documentation package, our IMDS ID is 246525, and our VDA 6.3 process has passed an audit by Continental. A: MOQ is based on the product's raw materials — there is no fixed number. It is confirmed after reviewing your drawing/BOM against the raw materials' minimum order quantities.

A: Sampling is about one week when the required materials are in stock. Mass production is generally 15–25 days with domestic materials, and can shorten to 10–15 days when materials are in stock.
